3 month commitment, billed monthly from the date of sign up. The plan becomes “month to month” after the initial 3 month term.

Members are able to freeze their membership for 2 months out of every 12 month cycle, beginning on their sign up date.

A late fee of $35 will be incurred for membership fee’s not paid within 14 days of their due date.

These terms are subject to change as memberships increase. Your monthly price is guaranteed for 12 months from your sign up date. We aim to keep our monthly fees unchanged as long as capacity allows.

Please allow 24 hour notice for equipment rentals so we can insure the equipment is available and ready for your rental. Members are responsible for bringing their own memory cards for the equipment.

Rental cancellation policy: rentals have a 6 hour cancellation window before the session start time. We understand unexpected life events occur. If you need to cancel within this 6 hour window, send us a message through your app and will try to accommodate as best we can.

Guests: members can bring 2 complimentary guests during your visit. Each additional guest over 2 people is $5 per person.

Additional guests over 2: We ask that members notify us of their additional guests before their arrival so that an invoice may be sent in advance. If a member does not notify us, they understand that when our system detects additional bodies accompanying them as they enter, their account will automatically be charged for these additional people.
